Program

NTS Research LLC Operational Alerts

Purpose

This program sends low-volume automated operational health and system-status alerts for NTS Research infrastructure. Messages may notify the business owner/operator about a condition requiring attention, reminders while that condition remains unresolved, or notification when the condition clears.

These are transactional operational notifications. They are not investment recommendations, customer marketing, promotional messages, or a public subscription service.

Consent and frequency

Messages are sent only to recipients who have directly consented to receive these operational alerts. Message frequency varies and is expected to be approximately 0–10 messages per month.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and assistance

Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages.

Reply HELP for assistance.

The current alert implementation does not yet provide an automated inbound STOP/HELP processor. Until that inbound capability is completed, contact NTS Research through the existing contact page for opt-out or assistance requests.

Privacy

See the NTS Research Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

NTS Research LLC may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a revised effective date.
