Information we collect
NTS Research LLC may receive contact information that a person voluntarily supplies, including a mobile phone number when that person elects to receive operational SMS alerts.
Operational SMS alerts
Mobile numbers supplied for the NTS Research operational alert program are used to deliver low-volume operational health and system-status notifications for NTS Research infrastructure.
Sharing
NTS Research does not sell mobile numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in information. We do not share that information with third parties for their own marketing, promotional, or messaging purposes. We may use telecommunications, cloud, and other service providers acting on our behalf to operate the alert service.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited operational purpose of this information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operational, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.
